Our CBT and WBT courseware modules incorporate a new generation of high fidelity visual images and 3D animations using our own unique development framework. The courseware models have been developed using segmented technical content designed to provide trainees with a choice of specific courses to meet individual needs. We currently have the most comprehensive flight training courseware library in the industry specific to airline pilot training topics. All CBT and WBT modules are compliant with the applicable industry standards.

Each of our General training courses is self-paced and self-instructional. At the end of each lesson contained in the courses, a summary quiz of the principles taught will be provided.

  • Advanced Leadership

    This course presents an introduction to Advanced Leadership for flight crews.

    The course covers the basic concepts of motivational leadership, communication skills, and conflict resolution. Particular emphasis is placed on strategies and techniques for successful workload management, conflict management, good CRM practises and the roles and responsibilities of the Senior First Officer position.

    The course includes a scenario that applies all of the leadership and communication skills to a simulated in-flight emergency scenario.

    The Advanced Leadership course is intended for experienced Airline Pilots. In particular, the course is presented for pilots upgrading to Senior First Officer positions.
